All Teams must comply with the rules and regulations. Your attention is drawn to RFU Regulation 9.3
9.3 All clubs and those involved in arranging any rugby activity:
It is mandatory that all clubs must have completed a First Aid Risk Assessment to ensure there is an appropriate level of cover for the rugby activity taking place.
Those clubs that haven't done this can do so here: https://www.howdengroup.com/uk-en/england-rugby-insurance/risk-assessment-tool
All teams will be required to register all First Aiders in GMS so that they can be validated. Failure to do so will result in the fixture being reversed if the opposition have validated First Aiders.A validated First Aider must be present at the club where and when the match is played for each team (preferred); or just the home team (Minimum requirement).
Each team is required to identify to the opposition the validated First Aider(s) before the match starts.

For the quarter-final and semi-final games, the Home team will be the team that had the greatest winning margin from the previous round. If this is equal then the home team will be selected by coin toss. |
The dates above are the last dates the matches can be played on, it is up to both teams to agree a date prior to this date. If neither team can agree a date then both teams will forfeit. The only exception to playing a match after the prescribed last date will be exceptional weather and this must be agreed by the Cup Committee prior to the game being delayed. |
It is up to the home team to organise a suitably qualified referee apart from the final. |
All results to be submitted initially by text to 07487 541893 within 24 hours of the match being played. All signed result sheets must be submitted by the winning team with 5 days of the match either by Post or scanned and email. Any result sheet not received within the prescribed time will result in forfeit. |
